Ingredients For the Noodles

  • 1 cup black rice noodles

  • Space¼ cup spring onions, chopped

Instructions

  3. Add onions and mixed vegetables. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, pepper, and salt. Toss gently until everything is coated evenly.
  5. Turn off the heat and finish with spring onions.
